White House is a charming and comfortable house on the top of a green hill at 700m. Enjoying an holiday in the White House means one or more weeks of silence and peaceful calm of Umbria lands. From the house is possible to admire one of the most beautiful panorama of all Italy with its view of the entire Trasimeno lake and its three islands, it's possible to visit the locations of the historical battle between Hannibal and the Romans, You can also visit all the nice medieval cities as Castiglione del Lago,Cortona,Passignano, Tuoro and many more.From the house, by one hour with car, You can reach all the most famous locations for wine production as Brunello di Montalcino, il Nobile di Montepulciano, il Rubesco di Torgiano and il Sagrantino di Montefalco.Who loves to stay at home, You can enjoy the swimming pool admiring the nature colors and sounds. The House has all around 3000 mq. of enclosed area near the wood to give privacy and security. From the house You can find paths for trekking or mountain bike inside the woods around the top of the hill.

House Description:

The white house is a completely independent part of a two floors house.The apartment is on the second floor of 55 mq and it's composed by a large sitting room with kitchen (freezer and microwave), dining room and TV, bedroom with comfortable double bed, a bathroom with shower, solarium and large veranda. Forniture modern and nice.

The pretty swimming pool measures 5x10 meters and the maximum depth is 2,20m , both warm and cold showers and many facilities available.
Car parking inside the enclosed area.
