N.B.:
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Caution money: 150 euros, cash (it will be returned before leaving)
- Cleaning Per person: EURO 10
- Minimum final cleaning fee: EURO 20
- Electricity is not included in the renting price.
Payment according to consumption (Price abt. Euro 0.25 per 1KW)
- Discount of 10, 20 e 50% for more than 1 week stay
- Extra charge of 20 euros in case of check-in after 9 P.M.or check-out before 9 A.M .
- At Easter, Christmas, and mid August holidays prices will be set at 550 euros per week
- Last minute discount available during low season
